Return Shipping:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
